What is a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle?

We are actually going “Back to the Future’! In other words, when your grandma used to say, “eat your vegetables”, she had the basic wisdom we have lost over the decades… and the future is plant-based!

Since all over the developed world we have become a nutrient and fiber deficient- calorie laden -processed food munching population, in the process, we have seen rising rates of everything from heart disease to cancer and stroke in both adults AND children. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, unfortunately.

A WFPB (Whole Food Plant Based) Lifestyle promotes the maximal consumption of whole plant foods that are the least processed. All fruits and vegetables, as well as beans, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices are celebrated and enjoyed! The foods that are making us sicker like animal products and highly processed foods are either minimally included or excluded completely.



It is an absolutely abundant way of eating with a plethora of choices, satisfying portions, infinite food combinations, and the promise of better physical and mental well-being! It goes hand-in-hand with a multitude of lifestyle adaptations that have proven to promote longevity and vitality through old age.
